When filling in the form, you will be asked to upload a photo of yourself. We will use your picture to perform a search in order to find potential photos of you that are connected to the face fingerprints maintained by us.

Uploading your photo is necessary in order to carry out the opt-out procedure and find your data (if any) as we do not have any information about you in our system (name, email, etc.). The only data we store is face fingerprints of photos found on publicly available websites. The photo you share will not be included in future search results, and will not be used for any other purposes beyond fulfilling your opt-out request and ongoing legal obligation.

Please, take into account that we are not liable for the origin of the photo, nor able to take it down from the website it was posted on. All the questions and liabilities about the origin, purpose and data collection must be directly presented towards the web page where the said photo is placed.
